At the core of my thinking and action is the concept of an intelligence that acts and benefits from emotion, a deep understanding of the cooperating clients' needs and desires, an authentic communication between the parties for mutual benefit. The goal is to give them an individually supported autonomy and navigate them inside and beyond the labyrinths of laws and rules that surround the business and personal affairs. In this multidimensional reality of daily conflicts and differences, but also daily coexistence, creation, synergy, they are supported to find their own solutions that will bring the greatest benefits in all areas and levels of life.

I love responsibilities.

I am responsible for helping to solve and face the challenges. I put the problem / challenge in order, I manage it, I remove the unnecessary and the useless and I follow instructions and procedures that I have had them simplified. I take initiatives and become effective. I do not need supervision, I am self-motivated. I seek to share my own knowledge and utilize the knowledge and experience of others. I complete what I have undertaken, I do what I say I will do and I use my inner guidance for the direction I will follow, either in the research for the understanding of the subject, or in the decision making for the completion of the subject. I'm trustworthy and confident. My priority is to serve the person who trusted my involvement in his challenge. And that's exactly what I'm doing, I'm deepening into the problem. I participate in his own creative thinking and contribute with empathy, creativity, intellect, kindness and respect - applying my own processes (intuition, process design, simplification, knowledge) - synergistically solving his challenge, illuminating the process and its branches and of course performing with simplicity and quietness the stages of research, pre-execution of executions and decisions.
