It is the attempt to resolve out-of-court disputes in all kinds of cases between people in which the company takes into account the peculiarities, nature, culture of different people of the same or different cultures, having clarified within itself the concepts of intolerance , secularism, multicultural diversity of individuals and personalities and having accepted all of them, constantly checking our inner beliefs, values, skills, to align thoughts with beliefs (consciously - subconsciously) and words with actions, improving gaps, inconsistencies and side effects that may be found or experienced.
